2. User-Provided Content & Photos
Our application allows you to optionally select personal photos from your device's gallery to customize the learning experience. You are solely responsible for the images you choose to display within the app. Because these images are stored locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers, we do not monitor, moderate, or take responsibility for the content of these images. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to these photos resulting from the physical loss or compromise of your personal device.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developers shall not be liable for any damages resulting from (a) your use of the application; (b) any conduct of third parties; or (c) outcomes from implementing strategies suggested in the app.
4. Subscriptions & Third-Party Processors
Premium features require an active subscription managed via RevenueCat and processed by the Google Play Store. By purchasing, you agree to their respective terms.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the period ends. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellations: You may manage or cancel your subscription anytime by going to your Google Play Account Settings. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend and hold harmless the developers from any claims or expenses arising out of your use of the application or your violation of these Terms.
